Bella Costa & Costa Brava - Towering over Venice Island, this complex is hard to miss. Heated pool, clubhouse, covered parking and elevators; as well as a picnic area on the Intra Coastal.

Beach Manor - The villas section is 55+ and doesn't allow rentals; the single family homes don't carry these restrictions. Walk to the beach from either.

San Marco - At the northernmost tip of Venice Island on Tarpon Center Drive, San Marco's top units offer breathtaking views of the Gulf, as well as Dona and Roberts Bays.
