After closing on our house yesterday, I realize what a pleasure it's been working with you. From the first phone call, which you answered promptly. Together we researched houses and locations to meet what we considered the perfect Florida home. After looking at quite a few houses together, we were ready to leave and get our house in show condition, and on the market. At the last minute I decided to look at five more houses in the development we had zeroed in on. This was a Saturday night. Sunday morning you arranged all the showings, even though it was difficult to reach the listing realtors on such short notice, and on a Sunday. The showings went smoothly, and we eventually bought one of these homes. Again, thanks to your negotiations skills, the price was the best possible we could have expected. The seller accepted the first offer, and we are extremely pleased.

Thanks so much for all the help you've given us. The mortgage broker you recommended is excellent, and also made the entire  process go smoothly. All of the recommendations of trades people in the area is necessary when relocating to a new area and certainly will be of great benefit.
